Aspiring Excellence Award
Aspiring Excellence Award
2024 Aspiring Excellence ERG Award has been granted to ROKout’s Pride Campaign by Rockwell Automation.

MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
At Rockwell Automation, the ROKout Employee Resource Group (ERG) is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace where LGBTQ+ employees and allies can be their authentic selves. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, ROKout amplifies LGBTQ+ voices, provides valuable professional and social resources, and drives meaningful change in policies, practices, and workplace culture.
This year’s Pride campaign was a shining example of how ERGs can make a lasting impact—not just within the company but in the broader community. With a focus on awareness, understanding, and acceptance of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations, ROKout designed a series of interactive and educational events that engaged employees, allies, and community members alike. Their mission was clear: educate, connect, and empower.
By blending education, hands-on involvement, and advocacy, ROKout ensured their Pride campaign was as impactful as it was meaningful. Their commitment to inclusivity extends beyond a single month—it’s a year-round mission to drive awareness, foster belonging, and support the LGBTQ+ community in tangible ways.
A huge congratulations to the entire ROKout team for this incredible initiative making this all happen in just a year!
