By delivering a solution that is both unique in the market and impactful in its results, they have proven that groundbreaking success doesn’t have to rely on enormous budgets. Instead, the program thrives on smart, focused approaches that directly address challenges while creating value by engaging ERGs- out@Akamai, Military Veterans, Parents, Women’s Forum, APIC, Ohana, IndUS and InReach in cooperation with the Global Talent AcquisitionTeam and ID&E Office.

Project is addressed to all potential Akamai employees at the last stage of their interviews. Initially led in the US, now also enabled in the APJI and EMEA region, the project allows potential Akamai employees to see how it is to work at Akamai being a LGBTQIA+ community member, a Parent, a Military Veteran, etc. It goes from saying that Akamai is an inclusive place where everyone feels safe and heard to actually listening to employee stories even before one is hired! As a potential new member of a company, candidates get exposure to the values, culture and programs it represents from people other than recruiters.

This program showcases what’s possible when Akamai’s employee resource groups join forces with a shared commitment to excellence. The cooperation and dedication of our ERGs—working together in true symbiosis—have been key to achieving this honor.
