Task Force for ERG sponsors

September 28th, 3:00 – 4:30 PM CET

A small group of fellow senior leaders to network shared their insights on how to best support an ERG. Their recommendations will help shape programming for ERG leaders.

Together we explored:

  • What are the key elements of your role? What are your most important responsibilities?
  • What do you need from an ERG leader?

  • What would help you when you were just starting in this role?
