Authentic LGBTQIA Leadership: Being ‘Out’ Isn’t Enough?

February 21st, 4:00 – 6:00 PM CET

All the people working in corporations, operating in Pride networks and other ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) who are closely related to the topic, as well as people belonging to the community and allies are invited.

Being your true self at work seems to be the best way to achieve success.

  • But apart from coming out, what else can we do as a leaders?

  • This time, instead of focusing on systematic changes, let’s talk more on our daily habits and small acts, that have a huge impact on our peers and surroundings.
